Aqeeqah Animal Sacrifice

In giving thanks to Allah for the new-born child, a minimum of two sheep/goats are slaughtered and distributed for a male child and one sheep/goat for a female. If one is only able to afford one sheep/goat for a male, this will suffice according to many jurists. Minimum age of the sheep is 6 months, while the minimum for the goat is 1 year.

Let an IDP Imam oversee this slaughter and distribution to the poor and needy on your behalf.
